Qualifications and Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and testing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Intellectually curious with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Interest in learning about software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs or inconsistencies in the product.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Review and test new features before release.
- Document test results clearly and systematically.
- Participate in team discussions and provide feedback on improving product usability and quality.
- Learn and apply QA best practices throughout the testing cycle.
