Operations Assistant – Trainee

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management to understand and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing operational strategies to meet company goals.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Ensure processes and tasks are executed on time and meet organizational standards.
- Be a part of launching our SaaS platform and scaling our service offerings.
- Contribute to streamlining internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use tools like Google Docs, Slides, ClickUp, Slack, and Figma to collaborate and manage workflows effectively.
- Conduct research to support decision-making and create reports on key operational metrics.
- Manage DoAcademy’s training lifecycle, including onboarding, scheduling, assessments, and team coordination.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a BA/PM or similar role (internships included).
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, Management, or similar.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of digital tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage time and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Energetic and proactive, with a hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
