Kick-start your career in Quality Assurance at DoMedia. This is not a traditional QA role — you will review websites, designs, videos, and digital marketing campaigns to ensure all client deliverables meet high-quality standards.
You will work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to identify issues, improve quality, and ensure projects are ready for delivery. If you have strong attention to detail and a passion for quality digital experiences, this role is for you.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues accurately.
- Understanding of website development, UI/UX, and digital marketing processes.
- Familiarity with software testing concepts (manual testing), digital marketing ads, videos, and design deliverables..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of QA processes, reporting, and review workflows.
- Experience with ClickUp, Figma, Wordpress is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or reviewing digital projects and deliverables is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and test website and software developments before client delivery.
- Conduct design and video quality reviews to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Review digital marketing ads for functionality, content accuracy, and visual quality.
- Perform overall quality checks on all client deliverables before final submission.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement areas, and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.
- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, company standards, and project guidelines.
- Maintain QA checklists, feedback documentation, and testing reports.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and project managers during review processes.
- Verify responsiveness, usability, and cross-device compatibility of digital products.
- Monitor project outputs to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
- Participate in project review discussions.
