DoMedia is expanding its creative team, and we’re hiring a full-time Creative Designer who can lead with skill and clarity. This role goes beyond making good-looking visuals – you’ll be expected to translate ideas into effective designs, guide junior creatives, collaborate closely with the team, and maintain high standards across all outputs. If you’re someone who can take charge, manage people, and drive strong creative direction, this role is built for you.
Qualifications and requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in design or related field.
- Minimum two-year experience in the similar job role
- Analytical skills, communication skills, time management skills, and artistic abilities are required.
- Experience in Adobe applications and Figma
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Intellectually curious with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Deep Understanding/ Experience on UI/UX Design concepts
- Knowledge about Video Editing/Animation
- Leadership & Management Skills
Duties and responsibilities :
- Contribute to larger-scale projects with creative concept and design input.
- Manage multiple projects and maintain project deadlines.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of training, promotion, and advertising programs that further marketing objectives.
- Ensure all graphics are printed or integrated into video or website media in a professional, quality-oriented manner.
- Design UI/UX for Website/Web Apps/Mobile Applications.
- Work with web developers on various project deliverables by aiding in projects.
- Work on Video projects - Editing, Planning, shooting & collaboration.
- Create graphics and animations for websites, marketing campaigns, infographics, blog images, digital ads, flyers, and social media campaigns.
- Generate ideas and concepts for various marketing and advertising deliverables, both for internal and external communication
